Haley and his family support GreenPeace, one of the most prominent environmental
activist groups in the world. Greenpeace brings attention to many issues that might
otherwise be overlooked: global-warming, endangered species, rainforests, etc.

Haley's favorite historical figure? 33rd President of The United States, Harry Truman.
Well-known for his leadership and tough decision-making, from the end of World War II
into the Cold War.

Another of Haley's favorite authors is 17th century American writer and poet, Edgar
Allan Poe, known for his dark, tense style of horror. Among others, he is famous for
writing The Raven, The Tell-tale Heart and The Pit and The Pendulum.

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (coming soon to the big screen) were
written by J.R.R. Tolkien, one of Haley's favorite authors. Tolkien created huge worlds
and brought many characters to life in his collection of fantasy books.

Haley not only loves to play basketball, but he likes to watch, too. Especially Kobe
Bryant and the seven-time World Champion L A Lakers.

One of Haley's favorite movies, directed by Ridley Scott. Although the original is nine
years older than Haley, it has stood the test of time and proved to be one of the most
scary sci-fi / horror movies made.

Other than Steven Speilberg, Haley has also said he would like to work with director,
Ron Howard. He has had a hand in films such as Cocoon, Apollo 13, Ransom and
most recently Dr. Suess' How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

Haley has said he would like to work with Anthony Hopkins, an actor known most for
his dark and mysterious portrayal of Hannibal Lecter in The Silence of the Lambs and
more recently in it's sequel, Hannibal.

Haley has expressed his respect for Edward Norton several times. The Actor has not
only appeared in movies such as Fight Club, American History X and Primal Fear, but
he resembles Haley enough to be a close family member.
